General terms and conditions of sale

Reservations and cancellation conditions:

A deposit of 60 euros is required for the reservation.
Cancellation possible up to 15 days in advance.
Cancellation or postponement possible free of charge if the weather is too bad.

Mandatory fixed costs:

Package for organizing your hike: €25 Hiking insurance package: €15 per trip If an incident occurs during your trip (illness, sprain, terrible weather, etc.), Sherp’ânes can bring you back. If the donkey is injured, Sherp’ânes can replace it. These services are free if Sherp’ânes is responsible. Optional fees apply.

Transport of the donkey by vehicle* €1/km *If the journey starts or ends outside the village of La Vacquerie, Sherp’Ânes will confirm the reservation of the donkey(s) upon receipt of a 30% deposit. We will send you a technical sheet detailing your route and reservation.

Regulations:

Accepted payment methods: cash, checks, holiday vouchers, bank transfer, and credit card for services sold on Awoo. Please bring checks or cash to pay for accommodations as you progress along your hike.

Insurance :

Insurance is included, but children ride the donkeys under the responsibility of their parents.
Wearing a helmet is mandatory when children ride the donkey.
